To get the best benefits from Collagen Shots take daily, ideally half an hour before going to sleep at night, this is when cells are renewing. Alternatively have on an empty stomach either first thing in the morning or before a meal. Put one scoop in a glass and fill with 200 - 250ml of water (or preferred beverage), whisk with a fork, allow a minute for collagen to dissolve. You could use a small blender or shaker for mixing. Repurchase
This is Probably the third repurchase. I usually take my collagen pure without any flavoring / sweeteners. But as this obviously contains stevia. Just worth mentioning. I mix this into my greek yogurt and it instantly taste berrylicious

Tasty but beware if you don't like the taste of fish
I purchased this because I greatly enjoyed the H30 Hydration shots I received free with a prior purchase. There's a similar enjoyable berry taste, but I wasn't prepared for the marine source of the collagen — beware a slight fishy taste if you're sensitive to that.

Only collagen I have used that I noticed made a difference.
This is the only collagen I have ever used to make a difference in my hair, especially eyebrow hair which grew back in patches! Really expensive so try and but it on sale.
