In a sleek pencil-like cylinder that slips easily into handbag, the dual-ended Brow Definer holds a grooming brush on one end and a pigmented, triangular nib on the other.
Tapered and ultra-creamy, this advanced formula melds the benefits of a pencil, wax and powder for a waterproof and believably natural finish. Work the spoolie brush over your brows to rein in wayward strays, before using the pencil to define and fill sparse arches. With buildable, hair-like strokes, tailor your pressure to build volume while granting a light, lived-in hold. Plus, the automatic pencil design means youll never have to rummage in the depths of your make up bag for a sharpener (hoorah!). Eyebrow pencil
This is a must have for blondes! Perfect colour, perfectly shaped to easily fill in brows. Expensive but well worth the money and lasts for ages.
