Coming from a long line of luxury cognac brewers, Kilian Hennessy was never a stranger to decadent, sophisticated aromas. Throughout his childhood, the syrupy, woody scent of the angels share (the evaporation from cognac cellars) shadowed him, and this can be seen in his fragrances today: many of his signature scents give a nod to the sweet sugar of alcohol and the wood of cognac barrels. Inspired by a glorious painting that goes by the same name, the Woman in Gold Eau de Parfum marries sophistication with complex emotion aiming to add to (not mask) the woman who wears it.
A luxurious treat (fashion bloggers have been known to use the decadent packaging as a clutch, FYI), this scent offers an alluring and harmonious blend of multi-faceted rose, delicate vanilla, fruity-but-spicy tonka bean, tart bergamot, musky patchouli and peppery akigalawood. sophisticated scent
This is such an incredible sophisticated scent. It was a blind buy for me and I am so happy I choose this scent. It's long lasting and the silage is amazing!

Opulent Decadence
On first spray the bergamot transients into pure 24k gold during down to a soft powdery vanilla dry down with a base of Tonka & poutouli. Breathtaking. Unusual. Sophisticated.
