Charge the LED face shield for at least 3 hours. Cleanse and dry skin (do not apply any serums, moisturisers or sheet masks). Press once to turn on and press to switch colours. Use for 15 minutes per day, three to five times per week. Press and hold down for three seconds to turn off. To clean the mask, gently wipe down with a dry cloth. Ive not really seen any improvement yet in my skin, I will persevere with the light therapy Very easy to use and charge , comes very well packaged

Lovely light mask, easy to wear. Not seen any results yet but maybe early days! Hope it lasts a a bit on the flimsy side.Â
