Technologically advanced, AMELIORATE’s Transforming Body Lotion unites alpha-hydroxy therapy with a unique complex of natural ingredients to enhance skin condition and support its own exfoliation processes. Starring lactic acid – a member of the AHA family – this melts the ‘glue’ that binds dead, follicle-clogging cells to skin’s surface whilst attracting moisture from the air to lock it into skin (lactic acid is a natural humectant). This resurfacing effect helps to create a smoother, more-refined skin texture, while glycerin, milk protein complex and sodium lactate combine to deeply moisturise and improve elasticity – gradually eradicating lumps and bumps to leave skin peachy soft.

Glitterball
This was not glowy it was just glittery. Smelled bad and didn't help skin texture at all

A good slow burner
I found at first, that my legs, where I really have to focus the heavy use of body lotion, especially in the winter, were soft but still looked dry. Though after a while the AHA effects kicked in and that top-level dryness started fading, I definitely loved how soft my skin felt, and using with a light level of physical exfoliator once a week my dry parts of the body looked and felt much better. The scent is a very strong biscotti smell that I am not a fan off so don't apply too heavily on the arms or higher areas. The glow is a very glitter formula, so just be aware if you're not a fan of something too glittery.

Really effective and it smells good!
Most AHA body treatments smell so vile I'll only use them at night, but this actually smells nice enough to use during the day - and it doesn't clash with perfume. The glow is subtle and nice (if you've used Nuxe Huile Prodigeuse, think a few notches down from that on the glitter scale). And the results are great: my skin feels smooth and moisturised.

I already use the Ameliorate lotion every day, so was SO exciting to try this. The glow it gives is soooooo subtle but really does make such a big difference, I would describe it as a CC cream for your body. In terms of the "summer scent," I'm still not a fan of (as mentioned in my other review) but I can get over it as it works on my skin so well! p.s the glitter is so fine and defo nothing to be scared of!

The Best Summer glow
I didn't realise how much I needed this until now. I am not going to lie this is my first (of now I think many) Ameliorate products and I am so beyond impressed. I do not think in my entire life my limbs have ever felt this soft and smooth! As a pale gal, I love popping this on my legs and arms and feeling a million dollars without the need of fake tan, as well I have applied this over my fake tan and found that it doesn't break down any tan so no need to worry about that either. Plus the illuminating element of this gives you such a glow and I love that it lasts as well! Because who doesn't wanna glow 24/7. I also love the smell, like a sweet, marshmallow hug!

Summer Radiance + Softer Skin
I am a massive fan of exfoliating body lotions they make such a difference in the Keratosis Pilaris on my upper arms and keep my skin feeling super soft all over. It’s great to have one with the added bonus a of glow, this is perfect for adding a subtle radiant sheen to my arms, legs and decolletage for summer evenings. It does contain tiny particles of glitter but they are not noticeable unless I look at my skin really close up. Also these lotions don’t always smell the best but this one actually has a lovely summery scent.

Patchy and glittery
Would not recommend. I've found this to be very patchy. The glow is not a glow it is just glitter everywhere; I feel like tinkerbell threw up on me. For the price I am super disappointed as had better luck with £7 products from boots
