A crucial member of Bio-Essence’s phenomenal ‘Hydra Tri-Action’ range, Refreshing Toner harnesses the hydrating properties of hyaluronic acid, ‘Power Nano’ hyaluronic acid and cranberry extract, to deliver long-lasting moisture, nourishment and antioxidant protection whilst leaving your face feeling clean, clear and ready to make the most of your serum, treatment or moisturiser. ‘Power Nano’ hyaluronic acid has a small molecular size (15-25nm), for quick and effortless absorption and immediate skin plumping and moisturising benefit.
