Start from the inner corner of the upper eyelid, as close to the lash line as you can. Draw a thin line outwards until you get to two thirds towards the outer corner, then lift and extend the line upwards and outwards, to create the illusion of an almond-shaped eye. Work quickly, as this brilliant formula will set after 30 seconds and stay in place until it's time to take it off!

The Charlotte Tilbury Rock ‘n’ Kohl pencil is fantastic in terms of color and smooth application. However, the entire pencil was broken, not just the tip, even though I used the Charlotte Tilbury sharpener. It seems like an issue with how it was stored or handled, but otherwise, the product itself is great.

Best kohl that actually stays in the waterline
This is one of the few kohl pencils that actually stays in the waterline and is a jet back pigment. On the upper lashline you have to be quick to smudge because it sets very quickly. I’ve had mine for 18 months and didn’t dry out at all. I highly recommend:)

Long wearing and intense pigment
This has to be my favourite pencil for water line because I have really watery eyes and nothing else stays. On lash line you have to be very quick to smudge it out because it sets really quick and lasts forever. I love how this has blackest of black pigment. I would highly recommend!

Great colour, Barbarella Brown, very blendable and good staying power. Good for tightlining and adding definition to an eye look. Nice when a black is a bit too harsh. Very tiny bit of smudge throughout the day but much better than other lines I've tried with this kajal type blendability.
