Keeps frizz at bay
I stopped using the original dream coat, and thought I would give this extra strength a go. At the moment I’m not sure I see much difference between the two but it does help keep frizz at bay, and you don’t need to to it after every wash which I like. Yes I would recommend

You have to really saturate the hair so I wouldn't use it sparingly, however it does last for every 3-4 washes!
