Apply to dry hair. Load up the small end of the brush with powder. Use free hand to pull hair flat/taut against head and press brush down firmly into roots, starting from scalp and working out (do not use sweeping motion). Apply more powder as needed. To extend highlights, use the side edge of the small brush.

Poor coverage
I should have bought black instead of dark brown. It doesn’t cover the grey hairs well, the coverage is nothing like the video on Colour wow’s website. Will buy black to see if it actually covers well. Quite disappointed overall.

Great at covering grey roots. Medium brown is a little darker than I’d thought but it is quite easy to blend in so it’s not noticeably darker than rest of my hair

It’s ok but does somewhat help
I have purchased this a couple of times over the years and have now concluded that the coloured dry shampoos are better, a messy parting to disguise roots or even just bring your hair appointment forward instead. This is a faff to use. My hair is a medium blonde and I have light platinum blonde highlights. Although it does help to use this product, based on the end result and the price, I personally don’t think it is worth the effort and I am unlikely to repurchase. It’s ok. Not awful but not brilliant.

This powder is a little bit difficult to apply - the brush is small and I do need help to be able to get the back of my part. BUT it's super long lasting between washes, and for me it's a great colour match - looks really natural.

It takes quite a lot of product to do the job and even then it’s not 100%. If you are looking for something to blur your root line this might do it, but it doesn’t cover greys.

Not worth it
I just couldn’t get on with this ‘root cover-up’, it was a total waste of money. I have tried and tried (and got others to try), but it just makes no difference to my light/mid brown roots! The platinum may work better (even though I’m not platinum!!) but I’m not willing to throw good money after bad.
