Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every two hours.

How to recycle COOLA's SPF Sprays:

Step 1: Enjoy and use ALL of your SPF spray.

Step 2: Once the spray is completely empty, take the product to your local recycling centre (COOLA do not recommend disassembling the spray).
