Just the thing to help busy bees unwind after a stressful day, this mineral-rich blend features Himalayan, Epsom and Dead Sea salts — plus powdered gemstone aventurine and magnesium flakes — to simultaneously soften skin, relax tired muscles and ease tension while calming and soothing the heart. Plus, de Mamiel’s deliciously grounding (and fan-favourite) ‘Anchor’ scent will elevate your bath time rituals and slow your racing mind.
Pour one to two capfuls under running water to allow the salts to dissolve. For maximum results, relax in the water for at least 10 to 15 minutes. A temporary rise in body temperature during or immediately after soaking is completely normal and can be attributed to individual stress levels.
