Perfect balm
I have very reactive eczema that hates everything except balms. But lots of balms are expensive and many are fragranced. This is fragrance-free and excellent value for money. It's also great on lips and cuticles. The ingredient list shows lots of nourishing ingredients. My tricky skin loves it. It really is my go-to balm.

NOT a cleanser but a gorgeous balm
I bought this thinking it was a cleansing balm that could also be used as other things but when I used it to clean my face it was really hard to get off and I had to use a second cleanse twice to remove it. However, I highly recommend this as a moisturising balm, it left my sensitive skin feeling super soft and nourished. I would love to buy this again but not sure if it's been removed from the website or simply out of stock. Would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the cleansing part!

i love this product, well done to DISCIPLE skincare, i have very dry skin in the winter, i use my GO TO Balm for my hands, on my face as an extra barrier, and on my lips as lip balm it is so good and non fragranced i even have my 6yr old asking me for it! i am very happy with it, and i can tell it will last me ages!

Not as expected
This balm might be a decent product for some things, but it is definitely not a melting mask for removing make-up — it’s way too solid for purpose. Believe me, I tried — with a hot flannel, etc. I had to use micellar water to clean my face after using it because it felt as if I still had a layer of gunk on my skin.
