As good as expected
I have used it every day since it arrived. I really like it. I have started on the highest setting straight away as I used to go to saunas a lot and I am used to the heat. I wish it would not automatically turn off after an hour as I only start sweating at 40 minutes onwards :)

Worth buying
Very pleased with the infra red blanket although it took a few attempts to get the settings which best suited me. It takes a little getting used to fact that clothes need to be worn but this becomes second nature. It is easy to clean and very relaxing.

The infrared sauna blanket is sooo amazing it does exactly what it says, I use it to help ease my stiff joints due to arthritis and I love the heat. It is definitely healing and I have felt numerous benefits- I end up sweating on a number 6 and use 5 for a heat full nap! Would recommend if you can afford it!!

I love this , the way the heat gets to your bones is amazing , it’s a must have for any home relaxation set up really glad I bought it. It has eight settings and they recommend you start off on level 3 and work up to 6 or 7. You have to wear a thin layer of cotton clothes and socks when using. Very easy to use , very effective.

Fabulous sauna blanket
This works brilliantly, and is so relaxing. It is obviously a bit of a time commitment, but is a real self-care tool. I plan to use it every day in the New Year when I'll be doing my detox 😬😬. There was a slight problem with my order which was resolved straight away and in an absolutely excellent way by Cult Beauty - I was really impressed with their service.

I have been using this blanket for over a month now. Only wish I bought it when it was 25% off but otherwise, it is a really good item. I used the dry sauna-like 5 times a week for years before this pandemic hit and then stopped going to the gym altogether. I have not been sick in years, no cold, no running nose. You can research the benefits of heat stress on the human body yourself. It is not the same as the actual sauna but it is the next best thing. It also has the advantage that my head does not get too warm in it - before I managed it by having a towel filled with ice cubes on my head in the actual sauna. But with this blanket, you will get a sweaty face but not all the other uncomfortable things that happen when your head gets too hot (I suffer from migraines). So I completely recommend this thing. It gets me sweaty, it makes me relaxed, it is very good. it does not burn the calories they claim it does. I burn around 180 calories during 50 min, nowhere close to the 600 they say. But I am used to saunas so my heart rate does not go up that much. If you buy it, make sure you use it.
