Applying mascara is a breeze with the lash building primer. Brush the mascara primer through your upper lashes evenly from root to tip. Wait 30 seconds, and then apply a coat of mascara to your upper and lower lashes, using the moulded bristles to define and separate as you go to experience your very own lash growth. Apply another coat for thicker, fuller lashes.
