Powered by the brand's not-so-secret ingredient, discovered in the 14th century, La Roche-Posay uses the soothing nature of thermal spring water to reveal simple and efficient solutions for your skin's most sensitive issues. Introducing the Anthelios Oil Correct Suncream SPF50 (50ml), a mattifying formula that's a treat for those with oily skin and offers broad-spectrum protection against damaging sun rays.
Breakout-prone, sensitive and oily skin can rest easy knowing that La Roche-Posay has every base covered with the Anthelios Oil Correct Suncream SPF50 (50ml).
Formulated to be non-comedogenic (AKA it won't clog pores), this SPF is infused with brightening niacinamide alongside salicylic acid to unclog pores while reducing the appearance of pore size and blemishes. Protecting skin against both UVA and UVB rays, its powerful concoction stars zinc, which not only defends from the sun, but it's also shine-reducing and leaves the skin with a non-oily, mattifying finish. Plus, this lightweight lotion shields your complexion from oxidative stress and pollution particles.

Non greasy
I particularly like the light and non greasy finish of this product. Having used a lot of different SPFs i like the fact that this one is a reputable brand that does what you expect of it but also give you a more refined look almost to not feeling you are wearing spf at all.

Worst sunscreen out there
I don't really understand how this sunscreen is supposed to be suited for oily skin as this is probably the most oily sunscreen I have ever used. It leaves my skin feeling tacky and shiny. But that's not the biggest issue, my biggest problem with this sunscreen is the peeling. At first I thought the problem was either my skincare underneath or my makeup on top that made it peel, so I kept trying new combinations and it kept peeling despite my efforts. Eventually, I tried this sunscreen on, on its own, without any other product, and even then it pilled completely off my face in about 10 minutes. Probably the worst product I've ever tried on, it's so bad I don't even want to give it out to a friend and will just throw it in the trash.

Better SPFs out there
I used to buy and use a lot of different versions of LRP sunscreens in the past. However, this version made my skin look shiny and made my eyes water constantly. For oily skin there are better options out there, the Ultra Violette mattifying SPF 50 being one of them.

Perfect!
This is the perfect powder to buff out those oily foreheads and set your make up in place. I keep this in my handbag as it is the perfect size for touch ups during the day.

Nope i’m sorry :(
Tried this has a lovely smell but it dries to fast so i have to use much more product to cover all my skin, peal/ (pills?) right off my skin and that’s with nothing else on. Leaves me looking very greasy so would not recommend I am sorry.

Too oily
Didn’t like this cream. It’s too oily for normal/combination skin type. It peels off as well

Eh
I do love the smell of this sunscreen. That’s about it. The sunscreen doesn’t spread well because it dries way to quick, leaves a very oily look, pills no matter if it has dried not and I wouldn’t wear it out. I don’t hate it that much but i don’t like it that much either. However i’m still giving it a chance and using it when I can as I am hoping to see results for hyperpigmentation.

New favourite
La Roche have always been my go to for sunscreen for the face but always made me oily. This is great for oily and combination skin. Only downside is I can feel a film of the product once applied.
