Great for irritation
This is one of my go to products for when my skin barrier is compromised or irritated. It really makes a difference to reduce the feeling of irritation overnight and reduce the look of irritation within just a few days. I will say be careful not to use too much or for more than needed as it can clog pores and lead to congestion.

This balm is super moisturising and great for a compromised skin barrier, but can be hard to apply. If it’s worked into the skin too much, it tends to ball up and cling together, and then it just sits on the skin rather than sinking in. I’ve found that it’s best applied lightly and in sections so it doesn’t dry down before you’ve had chance to rub it in.
