I'm not used to leaving bad reviews as I consider myself quite clued-up in the skincare world and usually make good choices when it comes to products - unfortunately, this was not one of them. From the moment I opened the jar, the smell was absolutely overpowering and even after applying it to my face, it lingered for hours! The initial feel of the product on my face was lovely but after 5 minutes, it started to pill and this continued to happen even after changing up what I used underneath it. This cream did not want to play nicely with any other products I used and to top it all off, it broke me out terribly. After checking out the ingredients, I noticed there are some real pore-cloggers in there and I struggled to find anything special for such high claims of hydration. It's such a shame as La Roche-Posay usually gets it spot on but I'm afraid this wasn't for me.
