It's formulated with 'Hydro Ionized Mineral Water' - that's brimming with moisture-enhancing minerals zinc, manganese, magnesium, sodium, calcium, and potassium - to replenish and retain skins ideal moisture levels, while vitamin B3 gently refines skin for a visibly smoother and supple complexion. As for the 'Normal to Dry' toner, it provides impressive hydration that will make that flaky, rough skin a thing of the past.
