More of a Miss than a Hit
I was so excited for this palette, the colour story sang to me but just when applying the colour just all seemed a bit muted and nothing packed a punch. I didn't feel as though the blend on this was particularly smooth either. Ended up gifting it to my niece who is just starting on her makeup journey but still to pay out for a pallette at this price and not get the payoff is dissappointing.

Disappointing
I feel really let down with this product for the price. I bought it to take on a recent travelling trip, and the packaging is nice and light to carry around but my good comments end there sadly. The shades are not very pigmented and I find them difficult to blend. After a few hours wear I noticed creasing on the lids, even though I always use a eyeshadow primer. The metallic colours are not at all comparable to the modern formulas used by the likes of ABH and it felt a bit like stepping back in time when I used to wear drugstore cosmetics as a teenager. Would not recommend and it’s left me feeling a bit baffled by the hype for this brand.

A bit disappointed...
These colours really looked perfect online, I love the shade range as there are no vivid colours, which some other palettes are bringing out at the moment. The packaging is very classic, expensive-looking, feels good and it has a nice weight to it. The colours all swatch beautifully, the shimmers seem buttery when swatched. However, on the eye they don’t perform as well as I expected. I find that they really have to be built up for any depth. The shimmers are disappointing and the glimmer is faint when using with both finger and brush, and my eyeshadow look was just average. I am used to Natasha Denona, Anastasia Beverly Hills and Huda eyeshadows and I suppose, for the price of these which is comparable to Anastasia and Huda, I expected a similar quality. I feel that perhaps some of the cost of these is in the packaging.
