As if we needed another reason to love Milk Makeup’s innovative products, we’ve fallen head over heels for their Luminous Blur Stick. Contradictorily it may seem, the talented primer is both mattifying and illuminating (say whaaat). How can this be possible? Well, the formula is packed with hi-tech blurring microspheres which minimise the appearance of pores while absorbing oil for a matte shine-free finish. Adding a subtle radiance are golden pearl pigments, which brighten skin without looking greasy. The result: a natural oil and pore-free glow that must be seen to be believed…
Milk Makeup’s Luminous Blur Stick is a lightweight primer that ‘blurs’ over pores while granting a healthy glow. Infused with golden pearls, the formula brightens skin in an instant without appearing greasy. Illuminating it may be, but the intelligent stick also mattifies and smooths. The secret lies in hi-tech blurring microspheres that absorb oil and shrink visible pore size for a soft-focus finish worthy of an Instagram filter. The resulting natural oil-free glow can be worn alone for a ‘your skin but better’ no make up-make up look or topped with your favourite foundation. Not only will make up glide on evenly over the primer, it’ll also have an extra dose of staying power. Silicone-free, paraben-free, cruelty-free and 100% vegan… Phew… Milk Makeup have proved yet again that you can get incredible payoff with good-for-you ingredients.
Cetearyl Ethylhexanoate, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Polymethyl Methacrylate, Polyethylene, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Hydroxystearic Acid, Silica, Stearalkonium Hectorite, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Propylene Carbonate, Fragrance (Parfum), Octyldodecanol, Tin Oxide, Limonene, Linalool, [+/- May Contain/Peut Contenir: Mica, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499)]
For the latest information, it is recommended to review the ingredient list printed on the packaging of the product prior to usage or consumption.

Great Primer
I really enjoyed using this under my UD powder foundation. It went on over the Blur Stick nicely and stayed put. I like the radiance of this product too. No glitter that I can see which is the look I want.
by Great primer.

Streaky and dry
Not a great product, it feels very dry on the skin and crumbles. Definitely not illuminating. Does blur pores a bit, but leaves foundation sitting on top really cakey.

Tricky but awesome
I swear by this product. I think it works very good with the hydration oil stick but any moisture will do. Took some time to get it right but totally worth it. Just remember that less is more when u use this or any milk makeup product in my experience ^_^

Great product
It is a great product but my skin did not agree with it. Loved the glowy effect though. If your skin is not reactive and sensitive it is a great item to have especially when travelling.

Lovely glow but not great staying power
I really like the subtle glow this product gives and the handy stick format. However, when used with Milk’s Blur Liquid Matte Foundation, I find my makeup slides off my face and gradually disappears over the course of the day, even when I use plenty of setting powder. My skin is more dry than oily so this is unusual for me! Not sure if this is due to the primer or foundation, or a combination of the two. I’ll persevere and use it up because it wasn’t cheap, although I think it’s great value for money if it works for your skin/makeup because the stick will last ages!

Not sure how to use....
I was not sure how to use this product so googled it and Milk video shows you. Very nice and glowy only using it as a finishing touch not as a base. Good effect.

Disappointed
I was really looking forward to using this product and it’s the first product that I’ve used by Milk but I can’t see a difference when I use it except for some shimmer. It doesn’t blur my pores which I was really hoping it would.

Depends on your skin type
So I have dry skin and I'm 38 so I have fine lines. I really like this product although it has taken me 4 goes to get it to look right, and use the right amount, and I'm a trained makeup artist. It is quite buttery and shimmery so yes in some ways like a highlighter it enhances flaws, but if paired with the right base (I find under IT Cosmetics CC cream this works like a dream, or YSL Touche Eclat foundation), it gives a soft, lit from within glow. I will say it has improved the staying power of my foundation as I do not use powders as I have fine lines and dry skin. It also smoothes out imperfections and makes them easier to conceal. Bit of a weird one but overall I really like it. Just don't use too much and blend with fingers more than you'd expect.

Amazing
So glad I bought this product! I have dry skin but large pores so I needed something to blur my pores without making my skin look too dry. Looks lovely on the skin I can’t wait to start using it on my clients too! Would definitely recommend!
