Not blown away by it, but do enjoy it for travel

Milk Makeup's Matcha Cleanser is a nice cleanserfor your skin. This unique cleanser combines the power of matcha green tea with gentle ingredients to effectively cleanse and rejuvenate your complexion. Its creamy texture feels luxurious, yet it rinses clean without residue. The matcha infusion imparts a refreshing and invigorating sensation, leaving your skin refreshed and radiant. Perfect for all skin types and a must have for travelling or on the go. Great to carry for flights too

Disappointed

I love Milk makeup especially their sticks but this was a bit of a letdown. It is small which is ok when it's a toner or serum but as a cleanser, it just didn't work. It feels like it might break when using over the whole face and after I have applied it I can't see that it is actually doing anything. Maybe full size is better.

LOVE this

Ever since I started using this cleanser, with the Matcha Toner my skin has instantly got better - really love both these products a lot, and love the stick formula so you don't have to keep sticking fingers in pots, but can just put it directly on to your face. Using both these products has instantly calmed my skin and it just looks really refreshed and glowing afterwards, and it's vegan too - amazing! Will be purchasing more Milk skincare products.

Handy

Took a few weeks for my skin to get used to, as with many products, but really love it now its settled in. I got the large size, still small enough to take with me in my bag and really handy. No mess which is so nice! The only issue is that it does run out a little quickly, about half way through using twice daily for a month.

Milk makeup matcha cleanser full size

I love this product, I bought the full size and have problem sensitive, acne-prone skin - I can't agree with other reviewer reporting it hurts to put it on - I find it really easy (no pain whatsoever) and very cleansing, so I apply to a wet face as per instructions and once you rub it a bit it forms a good lather, you can feel grains but they are not sharp and don't hurt and my skin is smooth and moisturised afterwards, I have paired this with the melatonin serum at night and my skin has never been so settled, I am gutted it is out of stock, the full size with the very basic application once a day is going to have lasted me approx 2 months, I would definitely buy this again if it comes in again and would strongly recommend for problem sensitive/acne skin.

Not the best

I purchased the travel size version of this which is very small, would be better off purchasing full size. Although, I find applying this to the face is a little bit painful as the product in the stick is quite hard and grainy, I do enjoy the cleanser after I've used it but it doesn't last that long as travel size - around a week and a half.

Okay for travel

I bought this for travel and I love that it's a solid cleanser. I use it by applying it to a clean face flannel, partly to avoid repeatedly rubbing it on my face (seems like it could be unhygienic), and partly to avoid dragging my skin. It works okay as a cleanser but it isn't very efficient so you need quite a lot and I'm running through it quickly. I'm also not sure about the texture- there are semi-soft exfoliating bits and I find these tend to go everywhere and are actually a bit tricky to wash off. I don't mind it but won't repurchase.

Poor value for money

Really unimpressed with this product. £12 for a tiny “travel sized” tube that runs down really quickly. I’m four days into using it (twice daily) and it is halfway used. I shouldn’t have betrayed my trusty Mario Badescu switching out for this! Will not order again.

Skin & sanity saver

I’ve recently had both horrific deep hormonal spots & eczema on my face, that have been driving me mad. My skin is usually pretty good, & can withstand a lot of experimenting with products. So I decided to give Milk’s Matcha cleanser a go, figuring it’d be gentle & calming... I’m so so glad I did, it’s exactly as I’d hoped it would be & my skin looks & feels great. Love everything about this cleanser from packaging to the results with using it!

Not impressed

I bought this product for my travels, it's just like a bar of soap but with a cylindrical shape. I had to wash my face 3 times to get it fully clean and I didn't get enough lather/foam. On the good side, it didn't dry my skin at all, and smells good. I won't purchase this again.
