Perfect lip pencil to pair with the I Need A Rouge lipstick. Not quite as creamy as the I Need A Nude lip liners, but still goes on smoothly and the lesser creaminess does give you more control - not a bad thing with red! Highly pigmented, comfortable, and doesn't budge once it's on and lasts a full work-day, through talking, hot drinks and meals.
