It's formulated with a nourishing blend of avocado, camellia, sunflower and rosa canina oils, which work collectively to lock in moisture and prevent dehydration (no flaky finishes here). Really pretty, bad packaging
The product itself is absolutely great but I'm not a fan of the metal packaging, some of the metal at the dispenser rubs off, I decanted into a separate pot

Frosty leaves a beautiful slightly cool very pale pinky sheen with a super sheer lightly peach base (think stila kitten undertone). bendable and sets down with no tackiness so hair safe for grey windy days! Brilliant every day highlighter with no large glitter particles.
