The hydrating aqua gel is essential for when I use my nuface device. There are cheaper alternatives on the market but I would never risk using them & always stick to this. It is quite sticky & it is recommended you let it sink into your skin as part of your skincare routine after using your device but I prefer to wash it off & use my normal skincare. I always big the biggest size as it is good value for money
