Not sure if it did much...
I received this as a part of the goodie bag so I was excited to try it. Firstly, if you love essential oils, the scent of this is to-die-for. It's soothing and calming. When it comes to using it, I've tried a plethora of ways daily - using it on its own, adding it to moisturiser etc. - and after finishing up the product, I wasn't won over by its brightening claims. It's a very nourishing oil that you can do a facial massage with but it's a bit rich for my combi skin in the humid climate so I sometimes get surface bumps. It was a nice to have although it didn't work on me...

Disappointed
I was so excited to try this brand as I love the ethos and everything about it, but using this little potion did nothing for my skin... no glow or anything, it was just a fun little thing to use but nothing else. For glow i'll be sticking to lactic acid of vitamin c products. The quantity with this brand is tiny, even for a skin-booster the quantity should be far more to make this anything near value for money. pretty disappointed in all honesty.

Transformed my moisturising routine
One of my favourite products, love the citrus smell and my face reacts really well to it and leaves my skin looking super healthy. Please notice this serum is made to mix with a moisturiser, and you don't need more than one or two drops every time since it is very intense. The small bottle makes sense since you are not supposed to apply it directly! Had mine for a couple of months now and I have been thinking about trying the Glow Serum next.

Too much for my sensitive skin
The first week I starting using this I loved everything about it! It left my skin feeling hydrated and soft, just what my skin needed in these colder months. However, I had to stop using this serum because after a week of using it nightly it started breaking me out, leaving me with large, painful spots along my jawline. I do overall have very sensitive skin so it's just unfortunate that I am unable to continue using this product. I do still however recommend it to those who don't have such sensitive skin as it left my skin feeling lovely and dare I say radiant!

Beautiful product
This is great for me - it balances out my oily-ish skin. For years now I've been having bad reactions to oily products but this one is safe for me to use (its a miracle). Oh and it smells DIVINE. I add 2 drops to my day (gel) moisturiser in winter.

A perfect boost for Winter skin
I have used this over the Christmas period in my morning routine and have been very happy with the boost of hydration and radiance it has produced. My skin has been battered by central heating and fires so I have mostly used it following the 'intensive treatment' directions and it is very comfortable and soothing. The only drawback is that at just 5ml in a bottle, this method would deplete your supply in no time. It is an oily serum but absorbs well and I have found no problems with my makeup application or longevity. When I have added a few drops to a moisturiser, it has worked nicely too. I am intrigued to try other formulas in the range and really like the concept of being able to tailor my routine more precisely as my skin changes through the year.

It works great as moisturising oil
This is a free gift from Cult Beauty. After reading the description, it is basically essential oil in camellia seed oil which I love. You can use it alone as moisturiser or 'serum' to enhance your moisturiser. It works best as an oil moisturiser on my skin. My skin looks radiance in even colour. It smells aromatherapy insect repellent because of the lemongrass and citronella oil. If you hate essential oil or these two oil, you can skip it and pick another serum with different essential oil.

Really lovely
I got this as part of one of the Cult Beauty gifts, and I must admit it's a brand I'd never really looked at before. I've been using this serum for about a week now in the mornings, and I absolutely love it! As serums go it is slightly oily, but I allow it to sink in for a few minutes before I put my makeup on, and it sinks without a trace. (For reference I am in my late 30s with slightly dry skin but no major issues other than a slight loss of tone.) I find I can just use a little concealer and gel blusher over this- I don't really need foundation. I do see a slight radiance, but mostly my skin just feels really comfortable and nice in this cold weather, so to me it feels like a particularly nice product for winter.
