Good but not exceptional
4I’ve been using Olaplex for around a year and here’s what I think: Shampoo is very good, gentle, produces rich foam and leaves my hair very clean (contrary to many of other ‘clean ingredient’ shampoos) Conditioner is okay-ish, it is nothing exceptional, and I didn’t notice big improvements in my hair smoothness. Same for the bonding serum, I don’t feel a difference on my hair after using it versus nor using it. However, the fact that these products don’t make my hair soft to touch doesn’t mean they don’t work. In this year of Olaplex I’ve grown my hair around 13 centimetres almost without breakage. So I guess the strength of my hair has improved, even if the frizziness of my locks was not solved by Olaplex.

The softest hair
5This is amazing, makes your hair so soft before blow drying and speeds up the blow dry too. I have fine hair but a lot of it and this doesn't weigh it down
