Good product
As part of a goody bag I received a full size container of the 111 skin beauty dose supplement. My skin did start to look healthier as I can sometimes have a rather dull complextion. I would take them regularly but they are expensive.

Loved... but too expensive!
I got this in the Cult Beauty luxe bag and I noticed a massive difference in my skin after taking it for over a month (some days I forgot so wasn't 100% consistent). Although I lacked consistency, I still noticed a difference in my skin and surprisingly during this period, I noticed my eyebrows get fuller... ( I can't guarantee that it was these capsules but it was the only thing I was taking! I would love to repurchase some day.

My skin has definitely improved...but I used three new products in one
I received these in the luxe goody bag and have been taking them for just short of a month (the 90 capsules last a month - you take three a day). In the last month I've noticed a real improvement in my skin, the texture, hydration and far less breakouts. The issue for me is I started taking these at the same time I started using Kate Somerville creamy goat milk cleanser which is gorgeous and Medik8 calm wise which has done wonders for redness on my face. Based on this I can't put it completely down to these supplements and won't be able to buy again simply because of the high price. I guess I'll see if there are any drastic changes when I stop taking them and make a decision whether it's good skin or a good bank account then haha
