Though it's creamy enough to be a lipstick and blendable enough to be used as a blush, its precision tip allows you to draw graphic lines. Lipstick: Line and fill in lips with the Precision Colour Pencil or use a brush to blend colour onto lips. Wear alone or top with a gloss for a dewy effect.
Lip Liner: Line lips with the pencil and finish with gloss or lip colour of choice.
Eyeliner: Line lash line with pencil. Smudge with a brush for a smokey effect or tap translucent powder on top to enhance wear.
Eyeshadow: Dot colour over eyelids and blend with fingertips or a brushto diffuse colour.
Blush/Contour: Dot colour onto cheeks and blend with fingertips or a brush to diffuse colour.
Highlight: Use a light-coloured pencil on inner corners of eyes, along lash line, on high points of cheeks, cupid's bow or brow bone.

Colour is gorgeous - a truly bright cobalt blue. But it's a hard pencil, a bit tricky to use on the lid without poking yourself in the eye, and it won't colour the waterline. Apart from that, it builds up alright and the pigment is just as strong on the skin as on the pencil.

I really like these pencils, I use them almost exclusively as eyeliners. They go on well and don’t irritate, you can bend them. They don’t last as well as some others do but they’re still pretty good
