great formula, not so great packaging

I am acne prone and dehydrated and love this formula. The packaging looks great in the bathroom but its not very hygienic with this kind of jar so that knocks a star of it's grade unfortunately.

Husbands fave

My husband loves anything Aesop, his skin is glowing this cream has done wonders for him. He’s on his 5th jar. Lasts long too.

Not sure

I have combination sensitive skin and this moisturiser doesn’t seem to suit it particularly well. It’s quite thick but does not absorb well and sits on top of the skin instead. I had some breakouts when using it and felt like my skin was dehydrated.

it’s ok

I have mild rosacea and dry/dehydrated skin. Since my skin is more dehydrated, this doesn’t give it the proper moisture, and it still feels dry after using it. It does have a nice (strong) smell, more of a unisex one, and a yellow tint, which is great for any redness. Overall it’s an okay cream, and I think it might suit many skin types, so it’s nice to have as an overall cream, but if you’re looking for something more specific then this is too “basic”

A little bit goes a long way

It's quite pricey, but it lasts for a long time so I'd recommend

One of my top 10 :)

It is a very lovely calming moisturising cream. Great for my skin with rosacea. Like using it both dy and night, although does not work with every sunscreen (am figuring this out) and dries dry - I sometime prefer something heavier night time.

Average

Like the smell but given the amount of quality moisturisers out there, this one is average. Parsley seed by Aesop is more hydrating as well!
