Pungent Peptides
The Allies of Skin 0.05% Retinal & Peptides Repair Night Cream has a beautiful, soft formula that absorbs quickly without feeling heavy or greasy. It layers well with the rest of my nighttime routine, and I love how nourishing it feels on the skin. After consistent use, I’ve noticed smoother, more refined skin, which makes it well worth the investment. However, one thing I can’t ignore is the scent. It has a slightly odd, almost medicinal smell that might not bother everyone, but personally, I find it a bit off-putting. Thankfully, it fades relatively quickly after application, so it’s not a deal-breaker. Overall, this is a fantastic retinal cream with impressive results—just be aware that the scent might not be for everyone!
