Neither here nor there
It is, ultimately, a cleanser, so how extraordinary can it be? Good enough as a second or morning cleanse (I wouldn't use it to remove make up). Non foaming, which comes down to personal preference (I prefer a bit of foaming). Quite expensive for a cleanser, but buying this travel version will definitely allow you to check if it works for YOU, as this test is the most important one.

Refines
I have combination skin. T-zone can get quite oily and other areas can be dehydrated. After using this cleanser for many months, open pores on my T-zone have become a lot smaller and my skin texture is really smooth. It doesn't strip away hydration from the skin which is great for my skin type. I've tried many other brands of milky / cream cleansers and this is the best so far.

Better than expected
As an FYI I have combination skin. I found that this removed my makeup with such ease. I like the creamy texture & it doesn’t strip my face of moisture. I do use it as a first cleanse to remove make up in the evening & use a face cloth to remove it. In the mornings I only use this but just wash it off of my face with water to minimise further cloth use on my face. In terms of blemish reduction; I’ve found it good at holding off breakouts, it doesn’t stop spots as I still get the odd spot. For this I’ve deducted a star. But I’d definitely buy again.

Wanted to like
I love the texture of this cream but something in it does not agree with me - it makes my face tingle and stings my eyelids, which is a shame because other than that I was really happy with it.

Does not foam
This is basically a makeup removing thick cream. yes, it does not dry my combination skin, but it does not foam and the overall feeling is creamy. Does not have any smell either.

great for sensitive skin!
This cleanser is really lovely. It feels luxurious on the skin. Also worth noting that I liked it a lot anyway, but it has been a SERIOUS game changer since I’ve had to start wearing a mask at work!! It does a great job of soothing my irritated skin at the end of the day.
