Specialising in gently resurfacing and regulating overactive and sensitive skins, Alpha-H is renowned for its ability to perfect even the most troublesome of complexions. Pioneering the use of active ingredients like glycolic acid (the industry-adored Liquid Gold has earned Alpha-H a serious cult following), the brand now has a global audience that worships its corrective, glow-bestowing formulas. Shining a light on the transformative power of vitamin A (and super-boosted with a collagen-stimulating retinol, itself a derivative of vitamin A), Alpha-H’s Vitamin A Serum will help you create a customised skin care routine so perfectly finessed to your complexion’s needs, you’ll have friends, family and colleagues just desperate for your skin care secrets…
Targeting your skin’s unique needs is as easy as A, B, C, thanks to Alpha-H’s ultra-customisable (not to mention effective) range of vitamin-focused treatments. Looking to tackle fine lines and uneven skin tone? Let us introduce you to the Vitamin A Serum.
Formulated with the intention of helping you create a perfectly bespoke skin care routine, this silky serum uses 0.5% retinol to rejuvenate skin, boosting collagen production and improving skin texture in the process. The result? A smoother, gently resurfaced complexion, without any of the irritation typically associated with harsh vitamin A-derived products. In part, that’s thanks to the indulgent cocktail evening primrose oil and jojoba seed oil also found in the formula: together, this fatty acid-rich duo nourishes skin to keep your moisture barrier in tip top health.

Best for super sensitive skin
It is very gentle retinol. When I use it my skin does not look red or irritated. It looks even calmer than on those days when I don't use vitamin A. But I never use it several days in a row. I am too young (29 y.o.) for this and use it 1-2 times a week. If you have sensitive skin and want to star use retinol, definitely try this one. At first, I try TO Granactive retinoid 2% and didn't like it, I don't see much results but my skin looks a little red in next morning. I think for some result from TO you need to use it every day, but it can irritate your skin. So I recommend this one if the price is ok for you. I will definitely buy it again.

Great for dry / flaky skin
This regenerating serum does a great job at resurfacing the skin and really helps to keep my dry patches as minimised as possible. It's a really mild treatment and doesn't make my sensitive skin sting or red, but it's effective and makes my skin feel as if I've had microdermabrasion or something.
