Excellent gel for fine hair
Hair isn’t weighed down, you do get a cast which is easily broken with a little oil. This makes my hair so soft especially in combination with the curl cream. I can’t fault it. Plus it dries quickly and isn’t sticky.

Best curl cream
I have fine 3b hair. Use this when hair is wet and a small amount of product gives excellent coverage. My curls are defined and moisturised without feeling weighed down. Hair has volume too and no build up or flaking. Smells lovely and isn’t lingering or overpowering at all. My hair has vastly improved using this product, it’s pricey but worth it. I use this to refresh with water and my curls are perfect and last a long time.

Good curl cream
This leaves my hair soft and bouncy and has decent hold. It is a bit on the heavier side so I only use a small amount.

Nice product
This is a good product to use on curly hair. It can be heavy so be light handed so it doesn’t weigh down your hair

Bouncy curls
Leaves me with soft, bouncy curls. Medium hold, hydrating, not crunchy. The scent is nice but slightly musky.

My go to
My go to for styling my thick curly hair. Doesn’t leave hair feeling crispy or hard but glossy and bouncy.

It did nothing
Didn’t like this product! Used it once and never again! My hair looked dry and dull and it didn’t help with curls definition. Gone back to my briogeo and reliable cream.

Love
Curl creams are my hair's preferred styling product (I get definition without crunch) and I've been using this one off and on for 18 months now with great results. My all-time favorite creams have silicones (I find they give good frizz control) but I'm trying to avoid silicones currently and this is by far the best silicone-free cream I've used. It's not overly fragranced and it doesn't leave a gross residue or texture or flakes. It's often out of stock so I buy it whenever I see it's available. I'm eager to try other products from Amika based on how good this one is.
