Good for split ends
At the time of purchase, my hair was super long (just above my bottom!) but looking really damaged even though I was NOT heat styling. I read other good reviews on the Kure repair mask and thankfully it delivered in terms of results - I managed to minimise the appearance of hair damage and seemingly smoothed split ends. Also saw less hair fall after this, but could be coincidental.

This in my opinion is a creamy, heavy-ish conditioner which is best suited for mostly all hair types EXCEPT fine hair. Gives beautiful hydrated locks. Hair looks great. However, I have not observed any long term ‘repair’ effects on the ends of my hair
