Beautiful
It gives a glamorous look and feel and which I just absolutely love. I have no doubts now that it is the real thing. It is a great product, very well presented and it doesn't look cheap at all (unlike the fake ones). I would recommend this to all my friends. It is not expensive, I even paid £6 less as I am new to Cult Beauty (when signing up you can get 15% off the first purchase by using a voucher) so that was a bargain.

Slightly disappointed
To say how hyped up this palette is in the beauty community, when I received it I was slightly disappointed. The shadows were beautifully pigmented and I love the range of colours, however they kick up a lot of dust and I find them difficult to blend, despite trying several blending brushes :( I do think this palette is worth the money though just for the selection of beautiful colours, I just wish the formula was better.

An uber duper hyped product - and deservingly so
When this palette came out, the internet exploded - at least concerning beauty blogs/vlogs/forums. It was everywhere, and everyone loved it. Now, I'm not the biggest makeup enthusiast. I like wearing makeup every now and then, but usually do not fall for any hypes and trends. This is particularly true for eyeshadows, as I've only recently started using them at all. Anywho, when I saw the Renaissance palette, I fell in love with it; the concept (I mean, a self-proclaimed Renaissance themed makeup item, who can resist? Not me!), the packaging, the shadow colours. It's not a cheap palette, and I thought long and hard about getting it, fearing that it would end up in a dark corner of my makeup station. Finally, I ordered it, and do not regret my decision one bit. It's probably my favourite makeup possession at the moment. The shadows blend like a dream, and it's a super versatile (and pretty) palette; you can do really neutral looks or more colourful ones, it's up to you. Probably not an essential item, as there are many similar palettes out there, but it's the only one I have in this colour family, so definitely made sense to get it. For anyone who doesn't have something similar (or for someone who does but can afford the splurge), I highly recommend this.

A LOVELY PALETTE
This palette is a holy grail palette. I bought this using my birthday voucher and its really worth it! the texture is really pigmented and so obvious with just one touch. Gorgeous
I love the shades in this palette, truly. They are densely pigmented, the brush is lovely and the packaging is lush. However there's quite a lot of product fall out and this can get a bit messy. The colours give a variety of looks from day to night, suitable for any occasion, season and skin tone.
