It's just the right amount of cleansing but it never dries out my scalp. I use it once a week just on my scalp, and it always leaves it fresh and clean.

I have been looking for a good king shampoo forever! So good for stimulating new growth but also gentle enough to not flare up my scalp psoarisis. The smell is unreal and enough to make me want to wash my hair every day. I can get about 3-4 days between washes with this shampoo. My ends do feel dry but whether this is due to the shampoo or other factors I’m unsure but definitely use a good conditioner with it!
