Smells amazing
I love the smell of this shampoo, it’s like spicy sweet. Very clarifying and I can go 3 days without washing my hair when I wash twice. I love the Aveda brand for its values & will recommend to anyone My ends did feel super dry though when using so would recommend a heavier conditioner with it

Great shampoo for build up ,I have dry curly hair and dry scalp as well . I wash my hair once a week and this shampoo doesn’t make my scalp or my hair extremely dry or itchy . Really nice cleansing shampoo.

This is a really great shampoo! Definitely recommend if you are looking to focus on scalp health. I have short fine hair and this shampoo washes well and leaves me with some body. After frequent use I have noticed how clear and soothed my a call has felt

A nice one
I guess it’s hard to tell after using only one bottle of shampoo to see it’s effects but it definitely made my scalp feel soothed. It washes well too. Worth the price tag? Not too sure. It didn’t get rid of my flaky scalp. I think it’s similar to the body shop ginger shampoo.

Saved my scalp woes
A few years ago I had some challenges with my scalp where i had a very random oily patch on the crown of my hair, came from nowhere and did not budge for a few months. I tried so many different treatments: Neutrogena T/Gel, Pureology Purify Shampoo, Head & Shoulders and nothing helped. My scalp and I were not happy until this product, one wash and it was gone. This smells botanical vs medicinal which is always welcome and my hair felt super soft and nourished. Aside from using this to solve any scalp issues it's a really lovely shampoo (and conditioner) that cleanses your hair without stripping it and is definitely gentle enough to use daily.
