Didn’t Do Anything
I usually use the CR Salt Scrub so I decided to give this a go, I didn’t love it. It’s really grainy so was difficult to rinse properly. I don’t think it improved my scalp at all. Quite disappointed because I usually love Aveda.

High hopes
This seems to help my scalp but sometimes it’s still a bit irritating. This could be the product or could just be my scalp, it’s hard to tell! It definitely helps reduce flakes but for me within a few hours the flakes seem to be back. Can’t blame the product for that though! It leaves my hair and scalp feeling clean and a lot better than when I don’t use it so that’s a positive compared to a lot of products

A Miracle for Itchy Scalps
I have used different Aveda products through the years. Some have made an impact, some not but the one I keep coming back to, is the exfoliating scalp treatment. It soothes and cools my occasionally itchy scalp. What's more with salicylic acid as an ingredient, it does remove surface impurities quite efficiently.

Pre wash
This is fab pre wash. I used to use the other Aveda scalp exfoliate prior to this which I loved. This has the same consistency just smells different and is packaged differently. It works and lathers up on the scalp. It does clean up the scalp without drying it out.
