Nice waterproof mascara
I previously purchased this and wasn’t impressed with it. I found that after it had been open a little while it was far better. Separates and lengthens lashes and has good staying power.

The regular formulation is better
I bought this because I really liked the regular mascara but it always smeared under my eyebrows. So I bought this and it really doesn't leave stains but the lashes aren't the same.

This mascara is waterproof and didn’t smudge even in the sea, however the mascara itself is disappointing - I didn’t feel like it opened my eyes, lengthened my lashes or made me look like I was wearing a good mascara. Minimal effect.

It’s alright but does transfer onto eye bags
So For months I’ve been trying to find a mascara that doesn’t transfer onto my eye bags to make panda eyes after a few hours. I love the non waterproof version of this but again it transfers so I wanted to try this one and hope it stays on my lashes but this one ain’t it. It makes my eye lashes look so gorgeous and long but unfortunate that it transfers

Mixed bag
Probably easier to split this review into pros and cons because I’m aware mascara is very much down to preference in formula. cons- Wet formula. This means it can be messy to apply initially, but I personally have also found that even after several weeks it is only slightly more dry to apply. Some transfer, which I wouldn’t usually expect from a waterproof formula. This point is a weird one though, because you can be caught in a downpour and it goes nowhere and yet you’ll have transfer at the end of the day on the undereye. Pros- Very volumising Extra black You don’t need to apply multiple coats

Good to hold a curl
I love the original bad gal but not the panda eyes after 10+ hours days out. This isn't smudge or transfer proof but is better than bad gal original. I like that it really holds the curl in my eyelashes when I curl them.
