Prime in the A.M. Apply a thin layer of this PRO balm to clean, lightly moisturized skin. Pat lightly from the centre of the face outward with fingertips. Apply make up as usual.

It has a nice soft matte finish, I like using it on my nose without makeup to hide my blackheads and it doesn’t look like I have anything on. It is very good at controlling oil for long hours. It does however give me small whiteheads if I use it on my entire face for long hours. I’d still give it 5 stars because it’s great for my intended purpose.

A great make-up staple!
As I age my pores appear to be more noticeable and using a dab of this, patted over the pores on my cheeks, won’t disguise them completely, but it does reduce the size somewhat and the shine produced from the natural oils in your skin by mattifying them, dulling down the attention light and oil can cause. I must point out that I don’t use much so for the amount used I feel it has a big effect. It leaves your skin feeling silky smooth and, once dry, make-up goes on very well! I’m sure everyone knows already but when you think you’ve finished the tube, cut it open because there’s a good bit left inside. Stop it from drying out by putting a little bit of cling film round it. You’ll get a few days use out of it still if you’re just a ‘problem area’ user.
