Sometimes great, sometimes less so
I mostly really like this cleanser. It transforms from a jelly like consistency to an oil. It leaves my face feeling super clean and soft. However, for reasons I have not yet discovered sometimes it takes ages to become oil and I’m left trying to deal with a sticky jelly messes on my face! It always goes in the end but sometimes it feels like it takes a lot of work to get to the oil consistency. When it does it is a joy to use, but it can sometimes feel like an ordeal to get there.

Nice and effective
Scent is an important part of my skincare self care and I love this one! I also like the consistency and how product becomes more oily and easier to spread as you go. I use it as the first evening cleanser and it does a good job removing the sunscreen and makeup. I reach for Bioderma bi-phase when wearing a waterproof mascara, but this one copes with usual eye products well, too. My two qualms are: 1) it doesn't seem to wash off completely with water, leaving your face slightly oily afterwards. I think this may be a plus for someone with a dry skin, but not an oily/combination like mine. Not a big deal if you use a second cleanser. 2) It desperately needs a pump bottle! Not thick enough and not convenient in the current tube.
