Shake well before use.
Apply liberally and evenly to all unprotected areas 15 to 20 minutes before exposure to the sun. You need at least one teaspoon per limb, one for the front of the body, one for the back and one for the head.
Re-apply every 2 hours or more often when sweating and after swimming, exercise or towel drying. Use alongside a hat, protective clothing and sunglasses.

It's a decent enough SPF and it's a good size bottle for a very good price but something about it just didn't vibe with me. It left me feeling quite greasy and it wasn't an SPF I could use well under makeup so I found myself only using it on makeup free days. Excellent - great skincare with no irritation
I bought this for my daughter to take on holiday as her facial sun lotion. She has combination skin which is a mixture of excema and spots and so getting the right products is a nightmare as the either dry her skin and irritate the excema or treat the excema but cause more spots. This doesn’t seem to irritate at all. A massive thumbs up from her and a great price

I like that this is cheap, moisturising, leaves no cast (chemical filters ofc) and doesn't stain my clothes. My issue is that it's too heavy for me. My face sweats when I wear this (more than normal) and it makes me look greasy. I struggle to re-apply as it seems to just sit on top of itself. I recommend trying it as it's nice and might work better for your skin than mine. I'll be using it up but won't be repurchasing as my SPF BFF as for me personally, I want something different.
