Shake well before use.
Apply liberally and evenly to all unprotected areas 15 to 20 minutes before exposure to the sun. You need at least one teaspoon per limb, one for the front of the body, one for the back and one for the head.
Re-apply every 2 hours or more often when sweating and after swimming, exercise or towel drying. Use alongside a hat, protective clothing and sunglasses.

Works well on fair sensitive skin
I am always on the hunt for really good sunscreen. I have sensitive skin and am prone to prickly heat which can be triggered by some formulas. I have tried oil sprays but never feel fully protected and I don’t like the feel of of some high factor creams that leave a grey white film. I was really impressed with this cream. It gives high protection and also sinks into the skin nicely. It doesn’t have a strong smell. Importantly it didn’t trigger prickly heat. I will definitely buy again, as it’s much cheaper than other high end allergy creams that I’ve used in the past.
