After shampooing, massage into the hair, ensuring the conditioner is evenly applied. Leave in for five to 10 minutes before rinsing. For even deeper conditioning, cover the hair in a plastic cap to retain moisture while sitting under the dryer for 30 minutes, then rinse.
It should be used once per week or every two weeks. In between treatments, it is recommended to use one of Briogeo's shampoo and conditioner sets (sold separately).

I really wanted to love this, but it was only OK. I'm still learning how to use it with my fine hair as each time I've had a different result. First time was super frizzy and volumous, then it was more manageable and calmer. I think there are other products better suited for my hair type, but will keep trying with it to find the right balance.

I am loving lots of Briogeo products but this might be my favourite. It’s so hydrating and nurturing and makes my hair look so much healthier and soft to the touch. I like that it is fragranced but the fragrance is very subtle not like other brands offerings! I used the small size just to trial it out, which i advise everyone to do before buying, as it is a protein based hair mask. It’s really hydrating and makes my hair super soft after i wash it out. I don’t use it every time i wash my hair, maybe once every 2 weeks as a deep treatment. Really good product and worth the price i think as it lasts really long.
