a total dissapointment
Super drying shampoo! I'll get back to my Oribe, but I must say it caused split ends, it made my hair look like a broom, even when I tried using a straightener. There must be a balance between moisture and protein, we all know that, but somehow this is not suitable for the type of hair indicated.

Really good
I like this shampoo. It smells nice, leaves my hair clean and hydrated, it doesn't irritate my scalp and comes also in a bigger size for saving some money.

Fantastic product
I have never spent so much money on a shampoo but it is worth every penny. Both my daughter and I use it. I have natural 4b afro hair and she has looser 3B curls and it works for us both. My hair feels less dry and softer.

I thought it would be amazing
I'm so disappointed the first time I used it, it made my hair so dry and I had so much knot in my hair! and then my husband used it...even he said it's making his hair really dry! I'm so disappointed cause it's not a cheap shampoo.

Not for sensitive/problem scalps
I wouldn't recommend this shampoo to people with an itchy scalp. Sadly I seem to be allergic to it and it’s worse for my skin than many less pricey shampoos. And I don’t see the moisturizing effect of it either, maybe it’s due to the hard water in my living area.

I’ve been using this shampoo for a while now. I had never heard of this brand until I saw a review on Instagram and thought I’d give it a try. I use it with Pureology conditioner and also regular Philip Kingsley elasticizer treatments and this keeps my hair in good shape. I had really damaged hair from years of highlights and straightener use and I can really see the improvement since using this shampoo along with the other products mentioned above. I definitely recommend this
