This is a brilliant occlusive product and great for slugging. Complete your skincare routine at night and then follow with a generous layer of this to stop moisture loss at night time. You'll wake up with much more plumper and radiant skin. A must have in every routine. I'd say this is ideal for night time use only due to its thick texture.

Rescue remedy for my hands at last
I suffer from dry hands and get irritated, broken skin from cleaning and dusting. Most hand creams don't have the ingredients to soothe and promote accelerated healing but Cerave have absolutely changed that! I use this when i get into bed, a good pound sized blob goes a long way and the excess on my palms I wipe over my elbows with. In the morning my skin looks visibly moisturised and feels so much better. Usually a few nights use repairs damaged skin and then using twice a week keeps the skin barrier in good condition.

This tube of ointment has come in so handy. Great for using on dry lips, to smooth ends of my hair, on my elbows and heels, I’ve even used it on top of moisturiser when my face is particularly dry to seal in the moisture and it leaves my skin so hydrated and smooth. I’m acne prone but it hasn’t caused me any breakouts.

Great for dry lips
I've suffered with chronically dry lips my whole life and was yet to find something to relieve them...until now. This is fantastic as an overnight lip treatment and provides much better results compared to much more expensive options. It's a little too thick to be used during the day but I wake up with super soft lips and just apply a regular lip balm during the day and it works a treat.
