Designed to be applied all over or on specific areas for targeted use, this fast-absorbing moisturiser infuses 2% salicylic acid to banish blemishes and control oil plus lactic and glycolic acid to refine skin texture and unclog pores. Cleanse the skin thoroughly before applying this product, we recommend using CeraVe Blemish Control Cleanser. Recommended for evening use.
Use applicator to dispense product onto fingers. Apply all over face for general application or use as a targeted treatment on affected areas.
Apply CeraVe Blemish Control Gel in the evening and always follow with SPF protection in the day time.
To prevent from over-drying the skin, start with one application every couple of days and then build up to daily usage or twice a day. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.
Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

Does what it’s supposed to
I really like the gel formula, it absorbs into skin almost instantly and you don’t need to use much. It has definitely kept breakouts at bay. But as it’s AHA/BHA don’t use it too often as it causes little bumps on my skin, it’s more of a “every other night” product.

Okay moisturiser for blemish prone skin
Seem to be having a series of breakouts which have been proving difficult to shift and also spending a fortune on skincare trying. I haven’t found any miracles as yet but can say I’m pleasantly surprised by this moisturiser which I’ve been using alongside the ckeanser. It’s not overly moisturizing but it doesn’t irritate my excema. I’d recommend this as a starting point before you splash out on more expensive brands as it’s great value.
