Designed to fit seamlessly into your skin care routine (we advise using it after your cleansing and treatment steps, before your moisturiser), the Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Serum is formulated to drench your skin with much-need moisture.
With a lightweight gel-cream consistency, this hardworking serum can be used alone, layered under moisturiser or as a make up base to boost your radiance. The star of the show is, of course, hyaluronic acid. This hero ingredient absorbs and holds moisture in the skin, boosting your natural hydration levels for a plumped up, smoother finish. And of course, as with all CeraVe superheroes, at the core of this cleansing water is a cocktail of three essential ceramides (they're the lipids that essentially act as the 'glue' of your skin barrier ensuring it stays strong). Flooding your skin with these ceramides helps to keep that skin barrier in tip-top health, helping to maintain moisture levels even while cleansing your skin. CeraVe's unique 'MVE Technology' means you get even more from these ceramides; it ensures they're gradually released over time to ensure long-lasting nourishment and hydration. To help calm and balance skin further, you'll also find complexion-soothing vitamin B5.

Fantastic serum - I apply onto damp skin a couple of evenings a week and it locks in so much moisture whilst still feeling light. My skin is noticeably more hydrated the next day, which isn't something I've had with other hyaluronic acid serums. Don't need to use much at all to get results, so I expect this little bottle to last quite a while.

Simple never basic!
I have been having a hard time with my skin due to the weather change, and some hormonal differences. I got this as I love that this is a HA serum however is thicker in texture and is very plumping when applied on slightly wet skin. This is definitely the most affordable product I have in my current routine, however, is by far the one I look forward to using most when it comes to my routine. Definitely, something I would recommend and repurchase however this is thicker than your traditional HA serum which I know a lot of people prefer the texture of, but not me, I actually very much like the texture.
