Night cream but not as you may know it — no heavy, skin-suffocating texture here — this lightweight, oil-free formula features three types of ceramides, hydrating hyaluronic acid and calming niacinamide to restore your skin as you sleep.
As with all CeraVe superheroes, at the core of this rich (but quick to absorb) formula is a cocktail of three essential ceramides (lipids that are essentially the ‘glue’ of your skin barrier). Flooding your skin with these ceramides helps to keep that skin barrier in tip-top health, helping to maintain moisture levels and keep irritation, sensitivity and eczema at bay. CeraVe’s unique ‘MVE Technology’ means you get even more from these ceramides; it ensures they’re gradually released over time to ensure long-lasting nourishment and hydration. Not hydrating enough
I really wanted to love this product because I use the AM version and I love it but this just wasn't hydrating enough for me. Before that I was using the Drunk Elephant Protini cream, which worked well to keep my skin hydrated, but switching to this cream left my skin visibly dehydrated. For reference, I have combination to dry skin, and I am prone to the occasional breakout. This might work on someone with combination or combination to oily skin, but I wouldn't recommend to someone with combination to dry or dry skin.

This is the second time I have purchased this moisturiser. I had heard good things about this so thought I would try it out and I absolutely love it. I use this in the morning even though it says PM on it as the morning one has SPF in it which I do not like. However, I find this cream very moisturising and light on the skin. Will continue using.
