Expensive but good

The texture is super thin and melts right into skin. I wish there were more shades though.

Love this foundation

I love this Chantecaille foundation. Very skin like finish. I’ve found it evens out my skin tone and stays looking fresh even at the day’s end. Very happy with this.

Love the formula

I love the formula on this Chantecaille foundation. It's creamy and just lovely. I did get a rash at first not sure if it was exactly this, but then I let it go away and tried again on my arm and nothing happened. Was thinking I maybe had an expired product, but it was fine after giving it a few weeks for my skin to clear. You could apply with hands or with brush, its perfect for no makeup makeup look!

Excellence

This foundation has a thick almost gel like texture, goes on easily and works wonders in evening out skin tone and covering blemishes. I have olive skin and the shade Sand gives a warm dewy glow.

CHANTECAILLE FUTURE SKIN OIL- FREE FOUNDATION

Most expensive foundation I’ve bought, but my oh my - is it good - it’s so good. It glides on effortlessly and my skin looks softer & more dewy.   It’s buildable if more coverage is needed and it does not peel or cake. I’ve had it a month now and it should last at least another month and a half. So would say a big YES for repurchasing.

Just lovelyyy

Pricey but obsessed with the natural and glowy finish of this. It absorbs /sits very well and works so well with concealers and other bits without looking like you have much on your skin.

Ticked all boxes

I accumulated quite a few high end foundations recently and it was high time to ditch those which were a waste of space in my cupboard. There were big disappointments there : Suqqu‘s creme foundation had to go - looks pasty and sits in my pores. So did Cle de Peau‘s Radiant Crme Foundation, which was neither creamy, nor radiant ! (their TheFoundation is great though !). The winner is Chantecaille’s Future Skin Gel foundation - honestly I don’t know why I bought it… It’s an „oil free gel“ foundation - not the first choice for my mature, dry skin. It‘s called matt - while I like my foundation dewy (and matt is usually deadly for mature skin…), but this one is easy to apply (I dabbed it with a sponge), you can easily build it up and looks still totally natural. My skin feels comfortable and plump, even after 5 hours of application (without primer).  And Vanilla is the perfect shade for my mid-fair skin. Thank you, Chantecaille !

Amazing

Most beautiful foundation I’ve tried. I’m on my second bottle right now. Feels like second skin and doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin.

Such an Aura!

So embarrassed to sit here and brag how good this crazy expensive product is, but it is! Non-sticky, non-greasy, non-irritating. It just melts into the skin to a natural finish. Works well with other products on top. I would not call it foundation, as it is more of a tint, but you can layer it to a medium-ish coverage. The one downside: it is so tiny. So, so tiny. I like the jar form btw, even though it is not hygienic, but I would say the brand can opt for sturdier materials, as those feel a bit cheap. Colour Aura is perfect for fair, neutral to cool skins.
